• Registering with false information or failing identity verification.
• Suspected account hacking or unauthorized access.

Members may contact support at any time to request account closure. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to respond within 72 hours.

• We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days of submission.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, ad88's server logs will serve as the definitive record.
• If no mutual resolution is reached, the dispute will be settled through international arbitration.
